Charter Services Manager
 Nancy Latinette joined The Shipyard Group in 2005 as Yacht Charter Services Manager.
With a background in resort operations, Nancy has also held such positions as Marina Services Manager and Charter Director, where she was responsible for initiating and organizing a yacht charter program, a resort property dive program, various yacht club programs, yacht charter shows, fishing tournaments, and other yacht-related events, plus contracting and coordinating yacht dockage.
Nancy has served as Chief Stewardess aboard luxury charter yachts, and this has provided her with an in-depth knowledge of yacht and crew operations and charter expectations. Nancy has also been Sales and Marketing Director for yacht charter companies and then founded her own company which has successfully operated for over 5 years. Nancy has traveled the world attending charter shows and inspecting thousands of yachts and crew, equipping her to make the optimal selection of yachts she represents and to further her expertise in yacht charter marketing.
